Anyone who has ever dealt with the subject of robot mops has undoubtedly stumbled upon the iRobot Braava 390t. This is probably the most popular floor mopping robot on the market. And one thing is crystal clear – the Braava 390t is AWESOME! But what if we now offered a cheaper but just as thorough and efficient alternative?
Mamibot Sweepur 120
The new robot mop by Mamibot is in no way inferior to the iRobot Braava 390t! It is also particularly suitable for different types of hard floors, such as parquet, laminate or tiles. The Sweepur 120 can provide either dry or damp mopping of your floors. Since it does damp mopping only (with little water), it can also be operated on sensitive floors. While the robot mop by iRobot can only mop up to 93 m2 (dry) / 32,5 m2 (damp), the Mamibot model can handle up to 110 m2 (dry) / 37 m2 (damp).
Even the navigation system of Mamibot Sweepur 120 is quite similar to the Braava 390t’s: A GyroNavi-box (you might know it as “navigation cube” from Braava) has to be placed centrally in the room. The box is helping the floor mopping robot to find its way around and skilfully and independently navigate through your home. This is how the GyroNavi-box looks like:

Just as the iRobot Braava 390t, the Sweepur 120 is delivered with two different mop holders: 1 x water tank and 1 mop holder. As you can imagine, the water tank is needed for damp cleaning and the mop holder is used for dry cleaning. Furthermore, three washable microfiber-cloths are included in scope of delivery of Sweepur 120.

A huge advantage of Mamibot Sweepur 120: Compared to Braava, the robot mop by Mamibot is equipped with Li-ion battery. This kind of battery has a particularly long lifetime, no memory-effect and low self-discharge.
Particularly quiet and safe: Both floor mopping robots are very quiet in use with only 20 dB, so that they do not disturb you. Also, both models are very safe because they both detect stairs in time to avoid falling down.

Mamibot Sweepur 120 instead of iRobot Braava 390t
Without a doubt, it’s not unreasonably that Braava 390t is the most popular robot mop of our customers. With the same functions and the same efficiency, the Mamibot Sweepur 120 is a very good (and cheaper) alternative, where you don’t have to do without any functions. If you are still not sure – don’t worry, within the return period you can test the floor mopping robot at your home! Particularly useful: We’ll give you the 5-year guarantee free of charge!
