Happy Birthday: 13 years myRobotcenter GmbH
13 years ago, the starting signal was given for a journey into the future. Today, myRobotcenter proudly looks back on many exciting stations and successful projects. From the idea to the expert for household robotics - a short story.
From 2012 onwards, the focus was set on online stores and modernization. In the same year, myRobotcenter launched another online shop in Switzerland and Lichtenstein. In the following year, the headquarters of myRobotcenter moved to a new location. The main office and the showroom in Vorarlberg are now located at “Am Garnmarkt” in Götzis. In 2014, the new corporate design in cooperation with the agency MassiveArt was implemented and the relaunch of the new website with online stores, corporate site, and corporate blog took place. Additionally, as the new face of myRobotcenter, Roby our mascot and expert was born. The branch office in Innsbruck also moved to new facilities. In 2015, two further online stores - one for the UK and one for the EU - went online. After German and English, the web presence in French followed in 2017 including the online store for France.
Further robotic household helpers are continuously added to the product range. In addition to well-known brands such as iRobot, Husqvarna, or Gardena, young start-ups and new product ideas are supported financially and with know-how in the area of distribution. In 2019, the Spanish company Cecotec with its stylish handheld vacuum cleaners was added to the portfolio. By the year 2020, mobile air conditioners and air purifiers followed, and later battery-powered gardening appliances.
myRobotcenter will continue to offer high-quality and innovative household helpers to its customers throughout Europe. By means of competent expert advice in the respective national languages and various service offerings, myRobotcenter aims to continuously improve the buying experience of its customers in theirs online stores. As well as to strengthen its status as an expert for household robots.
